Our 2024 Charities

Each year we choose two good causes to donate the Hillwalk proceeds to - one UK based and one overseas.

We are really proud that our awesome village, nearby communities and visitors get behind the Hillwalk, some years the weekend can raise in excess of £10,000...how incredible is this?!

For 2024, our UK based charity is The Movement Centre in Oswestry and our overseas beneficiaries are Mirembe Clinic, Uganda and Mkoba Clinic, Zimbabwe.  This year we will also be giving a donation to The Monday Night Club, this is a Trefonen based group of volunteers who work hard to keep the playing field and surrounding areas looking good, give up loads of time to help us out over the hill walk weekend and who help members of a local community when they need an extra pair of hands (or three!).
